We're here to support you through this uncertain time, but it's also vital for us to make sure we’re taking care of our employees. As of 27 March, our enquiry line will have limited availability.

You can still call 0871 231 2000 (calls cost 13p per minute plus your phone company's access charge) to place orders, arrange returns and make payments - but don't forget that you can do all this online too!

We’re not currently facing any major disruptions to our standard delivery service, but we've had to suspend next day and nominated day delivery for the time being. Further changes may happen at short notice, and we must also ensure that we follow any upcoming government advice. Please make sure you have an up-to-date email address on your online account, so we can get in touch to let you know the latest.
