Of course! It’s the best way to make sure you don’t miss a payment.
Simply go to 'My Account' and select Set up Direct Debit.
You can set this up to pay:
- The minimum payment
- A set amount (this must be more than the minimum payment)
- The full balance
It'll show on your bank statement under 'JD Williams'.
If you'd like to amend or cancel an existing Direct Debit, please fill in our online form and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.

Your Direct Debit will be taken every 28 days, in line with your statements – not every month. If you don't have the required funds in your account, you may incur a charge from your bank.
