You can add a promo code on the Bag page before you check out. You’ll need to have at least one item in your bag to see the promo code box.
Promo code rules and eligibility
- You can only use one code per order.
- You must be registered and signed in to apply a promo code.
- Check the offer terms and conditions to make sure your bag qualifies (some items may be excluded).
- Check the expiry date and place your order before the offer ends.
How to add a promo code
Choose where you’re shopping so the steps match your screen:
Adding a promo code using the website
- Go to your bag.
- Find ‘Have a promo code?’ box at the top.
- Type your code exactly as it appears (no spaces).
- If you're not signed in, use the 'Sign in' button and follow the steps.
- Select Add to apply the promo code.
Adding a promo code using using the app
- Go to your bag.
- Find ‘Have a promo code?’ box at the top.
- You can copy one of the codes from the 'Offers and promotions' box and paste it, or type your code exactly as it appears (no spaces).
- If you're not signed in, use the 'Sign in' button and follow the steps.
- Tap Add to apply the promo code.
Checking if a promo code has been added to my order
If your bag qualifies, the discount and promo code details will appear in your order summary.
