If you've already received a despatch email:
We're sorry but we can't make any changes to your order at this stage. However, this doesn't affect your right to return or cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You can find out how to return your order by visiting 'How do I return my order/item?' - however please bear in mind that some of our products (for example: customised/personalised items, sealed items if unsealed, perishable items) can only be returned if they're faulty.
