It may take up to one calendar week for our Fraud department to complete our investigation; during this time please do not submit any additional forms.
If we require any further details, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
If you notice further orders placed on the account, or receive additional mailings/marketing material, please rest assured that our Fraud department will remediate these as part of your case.
In the meantime, we strongly recommend that you:
- Set up a brand-new password of at least 12 characters on your Ambrose Wilson account. It should include a combination of upper- and lower- case letters, numbers and symbols (such as !#*+=&£$).
- Update any other accounts (e.g., email account, other retail accounts or social media accounts) that used your previous password.
- Make a report to your local police department.
