If you've been a victim of identity theft, or your Ambrose Wilson account has been used without your permission, please fill in our Victim Support form.
- This form can only be used to report fraud.
It can take our fraud department up to one week to fully investigate. During this time please don’t submit any more forms.
If we need more details, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
If you notice that any more orders are made, or receive more mailings/marketing material, our fraud department will look into these too.
What you can do now:
- Set up a new password that’s at least 8 characters long, including a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols (such as !#*+=&£$).
- Reset passwords on any other accounts that used your previous password. This includes email accounts, other retail accounts or social media accounts.
- Make a report to your local police department.
