How much do I need to pay?
The letter you've received will confirm the outstanding payment due on your account. Following on from this, each statement we send you will show both the full outstanding amount and the minimum amount due on your account.
Will I receive an up to date account statement?
Yes. You'll receive this within 21 days of your temporary deferral period ending. This will detail:
- Your account transactions
- The minimum payment required
- The due date for your payment
- Any interest charges incurred

When will interest start being charged on my account?
This will start from the date of your next statement.
When is my next payment due?
Following the payment request in your letter, your next payment amount and due date will be confirmed on your next statement. You can also find out when your next payment is due via 'My Account' by clicking here
To avoid missing any payments, we'd really encourage you to set up a direct debit. You can pay the minimum amount, a set amount or the whole balance - it's completely up to you.

Can I shop using my credit account again?
Once your deferral has ended and your account is up to date (i.e. you're not in arrears) you'll be able to place orders using your credit account again.
Can I request an extension to my payment deferral period?
We are able to offer a maximum of two deferral periods for customers temporarily impacted by COVID.
What should I do if I still can't afford to make the required minimum payment?

Will my credit file be updated moving forward?
Yes. As your deferral has ended, your credit file will be updated to show the payment or non-payment of requested amounts on your account.
What effect has this had on my credit file so far?
The temporary payment deferral will not negatively impact your credit file, however lenders may take into account other information when making future lending decisions, including, for example, information provided by applicants or bank account information.
