We’ve extended our return period to 60 days, to help any customers who are currently self-isolating.
You can send an item back without needing to have any person-to-person contact – just click here and confirm the type of item you're returning, then use 'courier know where your parcel's been left. They'll pick it up from there, and post the return receipt through your letterbox.
If you haven't already, downloading the Hermes app will make things even easier for you - under 'My Places', you can set up a safe place for both deliveries and returns, take a picture of it for the courier's benefit, and mark it as a GPS location.
Arrow XL collections
As of Monday 30th March, Arrow will be ceasing returns/swap outs/recycling products. If you've booked a collection with them after this date, it'll be put on hold until the current situation improves. If you need to return an item that was delivered by Arrow and you haven't booked a collection yet, please contact us
