When you apply for a credit account with us we will review the information you have provided. This will involve us carrying out our own creditworthiness assessment, which includes checks with Credit Reference Agencies. We then use this information to help us make a lending decision. Sometimes the results of these checks mean that we are unable to provide you with a credit account.
