Please keep your returns receipt safe until we've received your parcel; due to the current situation with COVID-19 this may take up to 14 days. If you paid by card, please allow a further 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
Don't have the original packaging? No problem! Just use a suitable alternative to pack the items. If you haven't kept the advice note, make sure you include a note inside with your name, address, account number, item numbers and the reason you're sending them back.
You can request a collection online - click here and confirm the type of item you're returning, then use 'Further Collection Instructions' to let the courier know where your parcel's been left. They'll pick it up from there, and post the return receipt through your letterbox.
Don't forget to attach the Hermes return label (on the bottom of your advice note) to the outside of your parcel. If needed, you can print off a replacement by going to the website below and filling in the required details:
Due to the government's guidelines on social distancing, please use the above service if at all possible; it means you can send an item back without needing to have any person-to-person contact.

ASDA - toyou
Click here to get a label so that you can return your parcel – you'll just need to type in:
- Your order number (you can find this on our website by clicking 'My Account', then 'Track My Orders')
- Your phone number
- Your email address
You can either print the label at home, or download a QR code to print it in-store. You can also use the 'toyou' label that was enclosed with your order.
Once you've returned your parcel through an ASDA store you can track it by clicking here; please use your order number, or the reference number shown on your return receipt.
